When will my order be shipped?
Please allow 5–7 business days for your prescription to be reviewed, processed, and shipped by the pharmacy.
If you have questions regarding your order status, please email info@nycinfusion.com and include your order number.
How much medication should I take?
Your prescription will include dosing instructions directly on the medication label. Since compounded medications may vary in concentration and formulation, it is important to carefully read and follow the instructions provided with your prescription before beginning treatment.

Do I need to mix the medication with bacteriostatic water, or does it arrive pre-mixed?
Most of our medications are shipped in a Multi-Dose Vial (MDV) and arrive ready to use.
In cases where a medication is supplied as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder, we will provide bacteriostatic water along with detailed reconstitution instructions explaining exactly how much to add before use.
